When will my orders be deliver?
Our delivery is available from Monday until Sunday, from 10:30am to 7pm (Sunday until 5pm only). We offer same day delivery for all order receives before 3:30pm, orders placed after 3:30pm will deliver on the next day. We also offer schedule delivery, you can schedule the date and time to receive your order.
How fast I can receive my order?
You will receive your order within 2 hours 30 min.
Who will deliver my order?
Currently, we appointed DeliverEat, Grab, eRider and RunningMan as our delivery partners.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept internet banking, debit card, credit card and eWallet (Touch N Go, Boost and Grabpay).
Why the product I ordered looks different on the website?
We strive to ensure the product descriptions and product images in our website are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions and images are accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date, or without error.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you make payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your order. You will see the details in the email of your products, quantities and prices to your order.
Can I add to or amend my order?
Kindly contact our customer service for any addition or amendment to your order. Any changes can only be done BEFORE your order is being processed/ the completion of your order.
Can I self pick-up my order in your store?
Yes, you can order online and pick up in our store. Please show your order invoice or order ID to our cashier when you are reaching our store.

You can pick-up your order at Sin Hoe Ventures 23 A, Lintang Angsana, Bandar Baru Air Itam, 11500 Ayer Itam, Pulau Pinang. Our store business hour: Monday to Saturday: 10:00am - 7:30pm Sunday: 10:00am - 5:30pm
How do I select self pick-up option for my order?
The Pick-Up option will be shown at the checkout page.
Is there any charges for self pick-up?
There is no charge for self pick-up.
Why the physical store pricing and promotion is different from the online store?
The physical store and online store both managed by different companies. Please do not request an online promotion/ pricing from the physical store.
