Refund & order amendment

You are advised to check the items upon delivery. If you have received damaged goods or wrong items, please follow the steps below to arrange for a refund.

For damaged, unaccepted, or wrong item, take a photo of the item and send to our Whatsapp +6012 309 8995

For defect item, we will offer 50% refund base on the defect item price. For missing item, we will offer 100% refund base on the missing item price.

All proof must also be provided to us within two (2) hours from the time of delivery for refunds to be considered.

We shall review your claim at our sole discretion and refund will be made within 5 working days after approval by our management.

Due to hygiene concerns, goods cannot be changed after delivery. If you change your mind after placing the order, please contact us immediately +6012 309 8995 before the rider picks up your order.
